If your having trouble removing a hook try placing on a hard flat surface an pushing down on the top of the handle. A small amount of baby oil can be used to help this process.
Bubble around the edges can happen, since we do not use a pressure pot. They do not effect the overall design or integrity of the grip. If your grip gets dirty you can use mild soap and water to clean it.
